When Parker PC was established in 1996 the Owner Travis Parker worked only part-time while also working full-time in the Defense Industry maintaining US Government simulation systems. Parker PC had humble beginnings providing services only to home computer users and was mostly a weekend operation. Parker PC customers would page Travis Parker to schedule appointments and then he would run from house to house to provide solutions for their computer needs.

Parker PC grew substantially since its beginning. Historically Parker PC was a personal computer service company, however the Parker PC's business plan was designed, from the very beginning, to grow larger than computer services. Many new services where added over time including software development and web site development.

In 2006 Parker PC was closed down and a new corporation was created named Parker-Giorella, Inc. In an effort to better serve our business clientele, we brought on Gloria R. Giorella as a third executive to the company. Rebecca and Travis have known Gloria for over 17-years. We both can testify to her professionalism and her sense of honesty is remarkable. We also incorporated our company with two new DBA's "Parker Business Technology Solutions" and "Giorella Business Accounting Solutions". Now Rebecca Parker has taken the position of President; Travis Parker has taken the position of Vice President and Gloria Giorella has taken the position of Secretary Treasurer.

Now we have five employees in addition to three full time executives. We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with our custom designed work order system that tracks all services provided. Parker-Giorella, Inc has also changed its focus from servicing only home computer users to providing services to small businesses, local governments, and defense contractors. We still provide services to the home user customers that helped make Parker-Giorella, Inc. the success it is today, however we have made customers with monthly, prepaid Contracted Service Agreements our first priority.

Our business plan was designed to expand and provide Information Technology Solutions, including many of the services we offer today. These services include our original service of computer repair, and also includes programming services, web development services, database development services, computer and network security services, computer consulting services, and home to enterprise level network infrastructure development and maintenance. Parker Business Technology Solutions has always strived to reach these ambitions and over the last ten years we have worked hard to make these plans become a reality. We plan to be here for many years to come, providing you with excellent professional business solutions.
