Before you running the remote support software you need to call us at (888) 806-3683 and make sure you have a trouble ticket.

1.  Click on the name of the person you will be connecting to on the left.

2.  When prompted by your browser click run or open.

3.  If you are prompted by your browser, asking if you trust the program, click run or yes.

4.  Enter the password given to you by your technician.

5.  Click the connect button.

6.  Now your technician can assist you while you observe from your computer.
